Mr. Ferguson comes to Oceanus with over 30 years of accounting and business management experience.  Mr. Ferguson received his BS degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University and his MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University.  He began his career recruiting, training and managing IRS agents and support staff.  Further, he reviewed audit examinations of revenue agents for technical and procedural accuracy.  He assigned and supervised cases for examination and resolved tax issues between agents and taxpayers.

As an entrepreneur, Mike has founded two successful companies Ferguson & Associates, CPA and Secret Spice Seasoning.  Mike has managed the start-up and growth of his full service CPA firm providing accounting, auditing, and tax and consulting services to a current client base of over 1200 small businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies and individuals. Secret Spice Seasoning has been a personal passion of Mike’s, as he not-only established the company, he formulated its signature product.
